Martello Boulevard

Martello boulevard is a complete renovation project and since the property was going to be on sale, all design decisions were aligned to appeal to the widest possible audience.

This 25000 sq. ft. property is situated in the heart of the CBD area on museum road. The complete makeover and new additions replace the previous piecemeal developments, opening up the entire indoor space to the beautiful vista around.

We changed the entire flooring and also oriented the footprint of the layout in order to make it appealing, functional and Vaastu compliant. The approach was to elevate the mundane hence, we selected stones and tiles in warm and soft tones that are strategically used for the entire house including the bathrooms to give the curated look.

The sit out in the semi-open area of the slate tiled terrace with the backdrop of hand-crafted pine wood screens harmoniously blend with the outdoors and give the Alfresco feel.
The main façade is accentuated with vertical bands in bright bold colour paired with neutral tones for a visual balance. Overall the purpose of entire revamping results in an aesthetic that is fresh and welcoming.
